The whole box and dice. Nick can guide you from an initial idea to a successfully completed project. This exciting journey from a sketch to construction is filled with important decisions and key milestones. To assist this process, each project is divided into stages to make sure every detail is well-considered. The project stages and the fee structure are described in the Client Info Pack linked below. Also linked below is an example Concept Design package, which is the product of working together over a series of collaborative design meetings. This process is particularly unique to ‘Session’, and the document below displays how we use sketches, diagrams, floor plans and 3D modelling to find the best design solution for each project. THE SIMPLE DESIGN SERVICE: If you just need some plans drawn up for a permit, some advice to improve the thermal performance of your home, or a few design ideas to get the ball rolling, Nick can tailor a service that keeps it simple and specific to your needs.
