Nick is a residential + commercial architect with extensive experience designing new homes, renovations, extensions and commercial projects across Australia. His passion for architecture is centred on how people live, and his philosophy is driven by the collaborative relationship between architect and client. The ‘Session’ process is based on sharing and exploring ideas and aspirations to create a profoundly rewarding experience, and a natural design that is truly bespoke to each client. Nick grew up in East Gippsland and now lives in Melbourne with his wife and daughter. He takes on projects in cities, regional towns, and remote properties across Victoria, embracing varying budgets and design ambitions. He believes architecture is for everyone and enjoys sharing his design skills to help clients find the best solution for their future projects. There will be big decisions and challenging moments, but his strong communication and support will help you enjoy the journey as much as the destination. Do you take on commercial projects?
Yes, Nick can provide full architectural services for office fitouts and retail outlets. He can also help establish material colour palettes and interior design standards for companies and franchises.
Is my project too small for an architect?
No, it’s just a matter of finding the right architect for you. Nick has taken on projects as small as a single-bathroom renovation and can tailor a fee to suit your needs.
Do you provide partial services, such as a floor plan or a
materials concept? Yes, Nick can tailor a fee structure and service level to suit the level of service that you need. This might be a ‘Concept Design Only’ fee, or a simple documentation fee for a building permit. He can also help connect you with a trusted builder, or put together a ‘Master Plan’ for your staged long-term project.

Nick has strong connections with trusted builders in Melbourne and regional Victoria. He can help put you in contact with a builder and get your project underway!
Where are you based?
Nick lives in Melbourne and has an office in the CBD. He also has a satellite office in Paynesville in East Gippsland, and he divides his time between the two locations.

help with this? Yes! Nick can visit your home and put together a report outlining the key interventions required to improve its thermal performance. The report will outline a series of interventions across a range of budgets, aimed to improve the liveability of your home and reduce your energy consumption.
